1- How long are the tours?

Zip Lining 2 hours.
Horseback riding 3 hours.
ATV y Buggy tour 2 hours.
Combo #1 takes 4 hours.
Combo # 2 takes 5 hours
Combo # 3 takes 7 hours

2- How do i get to VISTA LOS SUENOS?

We have mini vans available that will pick you up directly at your hotel or condo (recommended) or you can just drive directly to our location. We are located on the Central Pacific Coast only 1 hour from San Jos and only 5 minutes from Los Sueos Resort and Marina. From the 4-way intersection in Herradura you will go east 1.7 kilometers till you get to our office. We do require that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your tour time.

3- What is the age limit to participate on ours Tours?

We take kids from as young as 4, and have had clients over the age of 80. Please keep in mind that kids ages 4 to 8 may have to go with a guide. Children under 4 are not allowed on the ATV.


We have an emergency evacuation trail where you can stop and be driven down at the half way mark of the tour or we can have a guide take you to the bottom by tandem. We are focused on your comfort and we will do all we can to accommodate your individual needs.

5- What happens if it rains?

We normally conduct our tours in the rain as long as there is no lightning. We also have emergency braking systems that are controlled by our guides. Most clients enjoy the full rain forest canopy experience. It is important that you know the guides reserve the right to cancel the zip line tour at any moment do to lightning or heavy rain.

6- Will we see wild life on the tours?

You will be in one of the most densely transitional rain forests in Costa Rica. Although we cannot guarantee you will see any wild life in its natural environment it is quite possible youll see Scarlet Macaws, Toucans and White Faced Monkeys during your time with us. Our guides have suggested the 8:00am tour for nature lovers.

7- What does the zip line tour include?

The tour includes all safety equipment, a 15-minute tractor ride to the top of the mountain, Bilingual zip line Guides, 12 Cables, 14 Platforms, water on 3 different points of the tour and fresh tropical fruit at the end.

8- What does the horseback riding tour include?

The tour includes all safety equipment, bilingual guides, entrance to the Waterfalls, fruits and bottled water.

9- What does the atv tour include?

The tour includes safety equipment, bilingual guide, 1.5 hour riding, fruits and water.

10- What should i bring on the zip line tour?

It is recommended that you bring as little as possible. Keep in mind that the weather in Costa Rica is unpredictable. You will want to wear comfortable clothes that may get wet if it rains. Women should wear shorts not skirts. We provide professional photography and will have your CD and printed photos at the end of your adventure. So cameras are not necessary.

11- What should i bring for the horseback riding tour?

For this tour it is important to bring water shoes, long pants, extra clothes, swimwear, sunscreen, insect repellent and a camera.

12- What should i bring for the atv tour?

Credit card for deposit, sun glasses, extra clothes, swimming clothes, sun block, bug spray and closed shoes.

13- Is zip lining safe?

Yes! This is the safest tour in the area. We attach clients gear to the cables with not one, but three separate cables (more than any other company). Each tour guide is equipped with a hand held radio and is in constant communication with all other guides at each platform and the central control at the office. Guides monitor every aspect of the zip line adventure and each individual clients personal comfort levels.
